Year 4

Welcome to Year 4! As children continue on their Key Stage 2 learning journey, they build on the skills and knowledge developed in previous years, growing in confidence and independence. A key focus this year is mastering times tables, with all children taking the Multiplication Tables Check in June. In the spring term, children will also take part in swimming lessons, developing important water safety and swimming skills. Alongside this, they will enjoy a broad and engaging curriculum, with exciting lessons across subjects such as English, maths, science, geography, and history. It’s a busy and rewarding year full of learning and growth!
